Scanned ID proof of the shareholder/directors : Either Driving License or Voter’s ID or Passport copy

Address proof of the shareholder/directors: Either Bank Statement or Telephone Bill or Mobile Bill or Electricity Bill (Latest Month scanned copies needed)
